3x Key learnings:

  • we’re already solving problems
    - helping ppl express the hard stuff to their family / friends
    - make big scary feelings not so big and scary
    Means some ppl are already really, really into what we do

  • people want something to help them hold their own hand through life - both in crisis and after crisis

  • Emerging problem areas:
    - relationships and feelings
    - how to plan your day / month / year / life
    - overwhelm - ppl often have a lot of content / ideas already
    - MH workers didn’t know their PD budget, or didn’t have buy in from managers
